More irregular verbs: nascere and morire 

The past absolute and past participle of nascere (to be born) are irregular.

Past absolute:

nacqui                          nascemmo

nascesti                        nasceste

nacque                          nacquero

 

Past participle: nato, conjugated with essere:

sono nato/a/i/e, sei nato/a, etc.

 

The present and future tenses and past participle of morire (to die) are irregular.

Presente tense:

muoio                          moriamo

muori                          morite

muore                          muoiono

 

Stem for future and conditional: morir– (also, morr-):

morirò (or morrò), morirai (morrai) etc.

morirei  (or morrei), moriresti (morresti) etc.

 

Past participle: morto, conjugated with essere:

sono morto/a; è morto/a, etc.
