If this brief orientation does not answer all your questions about accessing your Learn@UW course, please proceed as follows:

Technical questions: Learn@UW Help Desk for all UW-Madison students and staff. You may also call toll-free 1-888-435-7589, staffed 6 am–1 am, Central Time. You will need to know your NetID. It may help to explain that you are taking a Continuing Studies online course.
Registration questions: Please use the contact information given in your registration confirmation (which is an e-mail if you registered online, or a paper confirmation slip mailed to you if you registered by phone, fax, or mail).
